Our Mission
At Mighty Men Ministries, our mission is rooted in equipping and empowering men to lead confidently and purposefully in every sphere of life. Guided by the powerful biblical mandate from 1 Kings 2:2, we help men embrace their calling to “Be strong and act like a man.”

The Manhood RAILS are the five essential values every man needs to run on if he’s going to live out his God-given calling. Like the steel tracks that keep a train moving forward, these values keep a man from drifting into weakness and guide him toward strength, purpose, and faithfulness.
Our Example
At Mighty Men Ministries, we believe Jesus is the ultimate example of biblical manhood—not just because He was strong, courageous, and purposeful, but because He perfectly embodied God’s design for a man’s life. Jesus rejected passivity, accepted responsibility for the mission of God, invested eternally in people, led courageously in the face of opposition, and continually sought the Father’s will. He was both the Lion and the Lamb—bold in truth and tender in compassion. His life shows us that real strength is found in sacrificial love, servant leadership, and unwavering obedience to God. Every value we teach and every challenge we give to men is rooted in His example, because our ultimate goal is not just to make men stronger, but to make them more like Jesus.
Our Founder
Mighty Men Ministries was founded by Chris Hankins, who is passionate about equipping and empowering men to live out their God-given purpose with courage and conviction. Chris brings extensive experience as a pastor, leader, and communicator, dedicated to discipling men to embrace their biblical roles as leaders in their homes, churches, and communities. His vision for Mighty Men Ministries is driven by a deep commitment to seeing men thrive spiritually, relationally, and missionally, impacting their spheres of influence for the kingdom of God.
Our Network
Mighty Men Ministries is proudly part of the Triangle Church Network. Triangle Church Network is a local network to assist churches in fulfilling the great commission in our city. We are focused on reaching the Triangle for Jesus Christ through four intentional pillars: leadership development, church planting, pastoral encouragement, and church collaboration. We believe these four pillars lived out in a network of Triangle Churches can lead to spiritual revival and a church planting movement that gives every man, woman, and child in the Triangle the opportunity to be pointed to Jesus.
